Our low-profile underfloor heating systems provide an efficient heating solution where floor build-up height needs to be kept to a minimum.

The system uses aluminium heat distribution plates with integrated pipe channels, allowing the UFH pipework to sit securely within the plates rather than above them.
Installation Process
01 – Floor Preparation
The existing structural floor is checked and prepared to provide a clean, stable and level base for the system.
02 – Aluminium Plate Installation
Low-profile aluminium heat distribution plates are carefully positioned across the prepared floor area according to the specified heating layout.
03 – UFH Pipe Installation
The underfloor heating pipes are pressed securely into the pre-formed channels within the aluminium plates, maintaining the required spacing and heating zones.
04 – Manifold Connection
The pipe circuits are routed and connected to the manifold according to the project specification.
05 – Pressure Testing
Once installation is complete, the system is pressure tested to confirm that the pipework and connections are secure before the next stage of floor construction.
Why Low-Profile UFH?
The low-profile design keeps additional floor height to a minimum while the aluminium plates help distribute heat efficiently across the floor surface.
It is particularly suitable for renovations, apartments and projects where available floor build-up height is limited.
Floor Heat Innovation installs the complete system from floor preparation through to UFH pipework, manifold connection and pressure testing, ready for the next construction stage.
See It in Action
